Tja... soms gaan de dingen niet zoals je het plant...
Dit hippe baby-setje met champignon-muts en slangesjaaltje is in mijn hoofd begonnen als vingerloze wantjes bij de muts voor Maud (zie: twee posts geleden). Toen ik niet genoeg garen bleek te hebben vond ik het wel leuk om er een i-pod tasje van te maken. Ik begon in boordsteek en toen bleek het nóg niet echt te werken. Ander funky wolletje erbij gepakt en breien maar, dit móet een leuk buideltasje worden dacht ik... Toen het leuke buideltasje eenmal af was... leek het toch meer op een mutsje voor een baby. Oh well, ik doe niet moeilijk tegen mezelf dus hokus pokus pas... een sjaaltje erbij 'e presto'! (zal ik maar niet vertellen dat het slangesjaaltje ook toeval is omdat ik te breed begon en smal moest eindigen omdat anders het blauwe garen óók op was...)

This small hip-here-baby-set-type-thingy with mushroom shaped hat and snake-scarf, started in my head as the fingerless-mittens for Maud (view: two post before this one). When I discovered I was lacking in yarn I decided it would be nice to make a small i-pod bag. I started a ribbed edge and surely discoverred that this wasn't going to work either. Got myself another funky yarn and started knitting what would now be a very funky pouch... When I finished this pouch it looked more like a... baby hat. Oh well, I'm not hard on myself when it comes to knitting, so I wipped up a small scarf 'e presto!' (should I tell you that the snake-scarf is a total coincidence too because I started with too many stiches and had to decrease because otherwise I wouldn't have enough blue yarn too...?)]
